Concrete driveway pricing in Hampton Roads typically ranges from $6–$12 per square foot for a standard broom finish, and $12–$20+ for stamped or decorative work. The exact price depends on size, thickness, reinforcement, site prep needed, and finish. We give you a written estimate before any work begins — no surprises.
We recommend staying off a new driveway or patio for at least 24–48 hours for foot traffic, and 7 days before driving on it. Full structural cure takes 28 days. We'll give you specific guidance based on your job and the weather.
For most residential driveways and patios, permits are not required. For foundations, additions, and commercial work, permits may be needed — we'll let you know during the estimate and can help coordinate if required.
